Tyrese is a young contestant and he is explaining his family's recipe

he's preparing a meal: saltfish and avocado and chicken with apple

canapes.

In order to do it, first you must fold the pastry. Then you must wrap it

with a plastic film. Then, you freeze it for fifteen minutes. Finally you

boil it.

This recipe is inspired from his aunt and grandma. Tyrese is passionate,

excited, interested and curious!
